Introduce one company that needs engineers. Earn $15,000.
We pay 10% of everything a referred client pays us, every month, for twelve months. On our typical $12,500 retainer that is $15,000 from one introduction.
What one referral pays you
As a client, that same referral takes $3,125 off your own monthly bill instead. Paid monthly against invoices the client actually pays. Nothing is owed on a deal that never funds.
Most referral programs are a gift card and a shrug
Months of commission per referral
You are paid on money we actually collect
Commission runs monthly against the invoices a referred client pays, never against a contract they merely signed. A deal that stalls owes you nothing. A deal that funds keeps paying you for a full year, and you can ask for the running total any time you want it.
Your referral gets something before they spend anything
Every company you send starts with a proof of concept, and we waive the $1,000 fee because you sent them. Seven days later they have working code they own.
The engagements are big enough to matter
Our retainers run $10,000 to $12,500 a month. Ten percent of a year of that is real money for one introduction made in a single email.
Three steps, and you only do the first one
You introduce
Send a name and one sentence about what is stuck. No deck to learn, no discovery call on your calendar. We tell you inside a week whether it is a fit.
They see it work
We build a working piece of their product in seven days and waive the fee. If it misses what we agreed up front, they owe nothing and keep the code.
You get paid
Ten percent of every invoice they pay, every month, for twelve months. ACH within 30 days of the money reaching us.
Cash if you are outside. Credit if you are already with us.
Same economics underneath. The difference is where the money lands and how much paperwork it drags behind it.
Partners
You do not work with us yet. Consultants, fractional CTOs, agencies with overflow, investors with portfolio companies that need engineers.
$12,000 to $15,000 on a typical retainer
Cash by ACH, monthly
- Paid against invoices the client pays, not contracts they sign
- Twelve months from their first invoice, no cap on how many you send
- Referral agreement and W-9 before your first payout
- We issue a 1099-NEC above $600 in a year
Ambassadors
You are already a client. This version keeps the money in your own account instead of routing it through your tax return.
Four active referrals and you pay nothing
Credit on your next invoice
- 25% off your monthly retainer for each referred client actively paying us
- It stacks to 100%, so the fourth one makes your retainer free
- If a referred client pauses, your credit adjusts and comes back when they do
- No agreement, no W-9, no tax form. It is a discount, not income.
Know someone already?
Applications take about five minutes. Referring, once you are in, takes one email.
The introductions that actually close
We close roughly a third of the deals we take. These six traits separate the third that closes from the rest.
They have an AI or LLM product already in market
Something shipped that needs a team to run and extend it, not a deck looking for a builder.
Engineering is the bottleneck, not the idea
They know exactly what to build. They cannot hire fast enough to build it.
They already spend $10,000 a month on software
Usually on contractors or headcount that has not worked out. The budget exists and is going somewhere disappointing.
They expect to own what gets built
Full code ownership, no vendor lock-in, no licensing bill on their own product later.
A real operator is on the other side
A founder, CTO, or ops lead who can decide without assembling a committee first.
They have been burned before
Almost always by an offshore shop or a hire that did not take. The proof of concept exists for exactly this person.
Who your referral actually ends up with

“His talent as a remarkable software developer enabled us to take our platform to a level that would take most dev shops months to complete.”

“Gabriel has been an incredible asset. Having his level of talent on a fractional basis has been an absolute game changer for us.”

“His approach to integrating cutting-edge solutions has been fundamental in improving operational efficiency.”

Program disclosure
Nexrizen pays referral partners a commission on revenue collected from clients they introduce, and offers existing clients an equivalent credit against their own invoices. Commission is paid only on amounts a referred client has actually paid, and stops when payments stop. Earnings depend entirely on whether the companies you introduce become clients, and are not guaranteed. Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Nexrizen, and cannot quote prices, make commitments, or represent Nexrizen in negotiations. Referred clients receive identical pricing, terms, and delivery standards regardless of who introduced them, and no part of the commission is added to their cost. Full terms are set out in the referral agreement provided on approval.
