OUR VALUES
The values we hold ourselves to
These five values guide how we work with each other and with our clients. Each one costs us something real.

A value with no price is a preference
Kindness and respect
Be a good human, even when the business part is transactional.
The cost
We pass on work and clients that require being someone we are not.
Self-compassion
When you are sick or overwhelmed, say so and stop. Be as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else.
The cost
We absorb the slipped day rather than push someone who is ill.
Direct feedback, given with care
Raise it early, from care rather than anger. Unspoken issues turn into resentment, and saying it out loud takes courage we value.
The cost
We hear it back from our team and from our clients, and we do not get defensive.
People as ends, not means
Value people for who they are, not for what we extract from them.
The cost
We do not run a relationship purely on what it bills.
Authenticity and transparency
Being true to ourselves takes courage, and the people who fit us read it as a positive.
The cost
We lose the ones it repels, and we stop performing for the rest.
Tell us early when we get it wrong.
Of these five, direct feedback is the one we most want you to use on us. If something on your project is off, say it while there is still time to change it.
